Deborah Morandin is the founder of The Butterfly Experience & Squiggly Training , the leader in training and motivational speaking, and goals coaching. The Butterfly Experience is the culmination of more than 15 years experience which has taken Deborah to the USA. Her most recent position was Manager Client Services - Which handled all bookings for over 60 training courses and countless events & maintained the Career and Mentoring Service at the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) before establishing her own business in 2003.

She has a wealth of experience in government departments including Queensland Police, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Queensland Department of Health. Ms. Morandin has conducted training and guest speaking with companies including the Brisbane City Council, Building Designers Association, Australian Defence Force and Department of State Development. She has personally coached thousands of individuals using a self-developed Six Step Process to bring their dreams into reality.
