About Us

Deborah Morandin has spent 20 year immersed in her passion of business and training, inspiring, mentoring, motivating and building businesses.

After 10 years being mentored by the best in the world, she went onto train and manage training programs & centres such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People with Dr Stephen Covey and The Australian Institute of Management.

Beginning her Butterfly empire in 2003, after recovering from a spinal accident Deborah hit the ground running with her signature program The Butterfly Experience which she developed specifically for women. Where she went from zero to six figures in her first six months in business.

The program ran for 8 years with over 5000 graduates of the 10 week program.

Deborah also ran 4 week programs tailored for the government Job Access Scheme, was a guest speaker for NEIS (New Enterprise Incentive Scheme) and successfully ran Butterfly Power Weekends.

With personal training and mentoring, Deborah assisted graduates into jobs who had been lifetime mums. Deborah helped them to transition into the workforce, by creating and starting their own businesses, and making their dreams a reality.

Thanks to the thousands of positive outcomes from the programs, Deborah and The Butterfly Experience were honoured with years of awards, which included Australian Entrepreneur of the Year, Winner of Best Small Business in the My Business Award and chosen for 4 years running as Australian Ambassador for Australia Day for her work in helping to create jobs and business success.

Deborah has been known as the “cat of 9 lives”, having survived cancer in 2008 and 2 major life-changing accidents in 2003 & 2011. Both put her in a wheelchair which required years of rehab in order for her to walk again. Each time she has re-emerged ready to spread her wings bigger and brighter with new training programs.

We are so excited to announce Deborah's brand new program and book for 2015 called Metamorphosis to Entrepreneur, the worldwide launch of the program will be in New York in the USA in August.
